The registration fees for the day of 4th June 2013 are as follows:

These fees include participation in the plenary session, the corresponding documentation, access to the receptions and the gala evening. To obtain the programme for the technical sessions available only in French and the corresponding registration fee, go to FR page of this website.
The rates are €90 * for students (on presentation of a student card), which gives access to the sessions, the corresponding documentation and lunches and coffee breaks. This does not include the gala dinner.
Your registration must be return to ASTEE no later than 21 May 2013.

Payment and cancellation
The full registration fee shall be paid when registering.
For any cancellation received, the following shall be deducted:
• Before 14 May 2013, a flat rate of €75 * per participant and €15 * per accompanying person
• Between 14 May and 31 May 2013, 50% of the amount of the registration fee
• After 31 May 2013, the entire registration fee
